Save the Date: Tuesday November 5th, 2019!

Leaders of growing companies increasingly recognize the need to develop and align their organization’s strategy with a keen awareness of their core purpose and of current societal challenges. And you?

We live today in a society that is increasingly aware of the challenges facing our societies and our planet. The social movements we have witnessed in recent years, and particularly those carried by the younger generation, show a disruption in the perception and expectations of economic actors. The economic challenges of generating profit must now necessarily be part of a sustainable logic that at the same time meets societal needs.

In this pivotal period, the very model of entrepreneurship is changing and must face the demands of this new situation and these new trends, questioning many economic models including family businesses.

So how do you evolve? What strategy should be put in place to succeed in a changing world? How to remain relevant for your employees, your customers and your entire ecosystem? How to anchor your company in a societal commitment while ensuring its economic viability? How to innovate?

In this context, we would like to share our experiences and reflect with you on the role your company can play for a better future and sustainable growth. To this end, we have decided to bring together three of our key partners with whom we share a strong vision and whose missions and services are complementary. Umalia, in addition to serving its customers and carrying out its own societal impact missions here and elsewhere, also aims to extend and share its reflections by facilitating exchanges on these issues.

We hope that this event will be inspiring and enriching for you.
