Kim L. Miles is a leadership trainer, facilitator, motivational speaker and credentialed executive coach. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation, Colorado Chapter. Kim has over 15 years of experience in various industries including engineering, telecommunications, and aerospace. She coaches executives and leaders, who appreciate and want an effective approach to creating a career and life that they love.

Kim’s past experience includes Project Development, Integration of Strategic Plans, Business Development, Sales, Training, and Personnel Development. She has held roles such as Project Manager, Contracts Coordinator, Program Controls Analyst,
Account Executive, Technical Recruiter and Electrical Engineer. In all of the roles Kim has held, she brought a natural coach approach and analytical and process-oriented thinking. Through private coaching, personality assessments and workshops, Kim’s clients experience deeper connection with themselves, and their business that ultimately results in greater effectiveness. In partnering with Kim, coaching clients have complete access to their personal power, and a greater ability to connect with their team, clients and prospects. Kim L. Miles earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. She is a graduate of the Coach U Advanced Coaching Program and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
